O que é e como funciona a Lei Rouanet?

No caso de ser patrocínio, o incentivador pode aparecer em publicidade do projeto e outras contrapartidas. A pessoa ou empresa que investir pode deduzir uma parte ou 100% do valor investido de seu Imposto de Renda.

A aprovação passa por cinco etapas:

-Apresentação da proposta no Sistema de Apoio às Leis de Incentivo à Cultura (Salic).

-Analise pelo Ministério da Cidadania.

-Captação de recursos.

-Análise técnica

-Analise da Comissão Nacional de Incentivo à Cultura (CNIC). 

Que tipo de projeto pode ser inscrito?

A gama de projetos aceitos é muito grande. Vai desde a nossa área, a do audiovisual, até os demais segmentos culturais como: teatro, literatura, dança, espetáculos ou produtos de música, artes gráficas, plásticas, museu… A ideia é valorizar a cultura em toda sua amplitude.
